Honors English II
This weekend ladies and gentlemen you should prepare for your quiz on vocabulary and Oedipus the King which has been set for you as Friday, March 7th. Remember not only to study your vocabulary words but also how these words can be used to discuss characters and situations within the play.
Next class I will also outline our major project this quarter which will focus on Oedipus as well as two texts we have yet to encounter.
ESL English III
You all will have your final test on Persepolis next week. Make sure that you are studying and preparing, especially using your notes and question packets. Next class we will spend some time working on our final projects as the due date for those is coming very soon.
AP English III
I will not be seeing you all as a real working class until Thursday due to the fact that we will have the ACT on Tuesday. For Tuesday, make sure that you are rested and ready. Review needed notes and use the Internet resources to prepare for the ACT day. For class, make sure that you follow the instructions in the post below to outline your reading over the next few days.
Remember finally that your assessment on the Prologue to Chapter Nine will occur on March 10, 2014. I will outline this assessment to you on Thursday and give you the weekend to prepare.
Russian I
Next class you will have a quiz on the new grammar topics. Use the review packet as necessary and build off of what we were able to complete in class. Remember to submit only the exercises for extra credit if you so choose. Be ready for your quiz on Tuesday/Wednesday!
