I'm going to go ahead and post announcements and reminders for all of you since I'm going to be out of the building tomorrow. Be sure that you're prepared for Monday/Tuesday and that you have everything taken care of in advance of next week.
AP English III
I'm so impressed by how much you've latched in to Invisible Man. Over the weekend, make sure that you read chapter one thoroughly. Annotate heavily and add to your covers. Make sure as well that you will check in on your motif charts. We can review that next week.
Also, you will have a timed writing on rhetorical analysis on 2/14. Be sure that you are preparing yourself for this assessment. It will be your first major test of the quarter.
Russian I
Your quiz will fall on Monday/Tuesday and will cover new verbs and singular/plural transformations. Be sure that you complete the homework and check it as I will be grading it for accuracy on Monday/Tuesday. Additionally, make sure that you are continuing to work on your vocabulary! Learn those words!
Honors English II
You have your vocabulary quiz on Tuesday. Be ready! Study hard and know your words!
ESL English III
You should spend some time this weekend working on your memoir assignments. We will start drafting these assignments next week, so be sure that you are prepared for this and that you can put your ideas on paper clearly!
