Notes for B Day September 30th

AP Literature

Great job with our discussion on "The Destructors!"  We all had some great insights in determining Graham Greene's perspective on Humanity. Are humans good? Are they egotistical? Are they both!? Keep this theme in mind as we wrap up our first unit and transition into our second unit.

For next class, make sure you read Alice Walker's "Everyday Use."  There is an insightful and inspirational video to watch about Alice Walker that you might want to check out before reading her short story. Here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJR86ncuMgE&t=70s
Come to class on Wednesday with insights into how the characters change and their relationships!

Also, make sure your college essay and outline resubmissions  are turned in this week! Make sure you are still working on your group projects and outlines this week. Be ready to present your projects by next week.
If you have any missing assignments on Powerschool, be sure to work on getting those in!
