Over the weekend your key priority is to prepare for your mini-AP exam on Monday. For Monday you'll have approximately twenty multiple choice questions and then an argumentative timed writing. To prepare for this I would suggest the following:
- review your vocabulary - especially tone words and rhetorical devices
- look over your sample multiple choices, review questions that you missed
- review your comments from your first timed writing as well as your summer essay - the same strategies will be useful on the timed writing
For Thanksgiving Break you'll need to read to the end of Chapter 16. I hope you're enjoying this book, the discussion today was wonderful! Let's keep it going.

You will have another quiz on Monday/Tuesday related to sentence formation and verb conjugation. Make this better than last time. Know your verbs. Know your declensions! Be ready!
