Back to the grind. Since we missed last week due to snow we'll have quite a long stretch ahead of us to Spring Break. Off we go!
Honors English II
Tonight you need to complete reading Part V which consists of the conversation between the Strophe and Antistrophe after Tiresias's departure. As you read this section of the play complete your basic Who, What, Where, When notes. Further, after you complete these notes I want you to begin your Why/How notes by characterizing these voices. We've done this a bit in considering their tones, but also consider facial expressions, body language, tone, and general characterization.
Next class we will review Parts IV and V before moving on to some more vocabulary review. Don't forget that I'll be absent on Friday and that your quiz will fall next Tuesday.
